• This information forms the foundation for creating a personalized herbal protocol that may include dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, herbal product and nutritional supplement suggestions, and complementary therapies.

Your Personalized Wellness Plan:

Following our session, you'll receive a detailed wellness protocol, including:

• Specific herbal formula recommendations and, if interested, guidelines for making your own herbal preparations

• Practical dietary recommendations

• Lifestyle modification suggestions

• Nutritional supplement suggestions, when appropriate

• Additional resources to support your journey toward optimal health

Scheduling: Consultations usually last 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made prior to the 72-hour window will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any booking fees.
